Mary Montague Private Members Association — Membership Agreement

The Mary Montague Private Members Association is a private association founded and governed solely by Mary Montague. Membership is a privilege granted at the founder's sole discretion.

01

Nature

The association operates as a private members association. All exchanges within the association are private member arrangements governed by this agreement. Membership is open to individuals aged 24 and over only.

02

Purpose

The association exists to cultivate honourable masculine sexuality, restoring in men the capacity for protection, courage, accountability, and legacy, through a sovereign and private initiatory process that begins through desire and proceeds through discipline and radical self-knowledge.

04

Code of Conduct

All members uphold the following without exception: Honour — his word is his bond. Mutual respect — all parties treated with dignity at all times. Transparency — no deception, concealment, or misrepresentation. Accountability — full ownership of conduct and obligations. Responsibility — awareness of impact beyond themself. Legacy — present in service of who they are becoming.

Breach of this code is grounds for suspension or immediate termination at the founder's sole discretion.

Privacy — no recording, screenshotting, or sharing of any content, communications, or sessions within the association, by any means, is permitted without the founder's explicit written consent. Breach of this clause constitutes grounds for immediate termination and may result in legal action.

05

Confidentiality

All activities, content, communications, and arrangements within the association are strictly private and confidential. This obligation is binding during membership and continues indefinitely after membership concludes for any reason.

06

Dues

Mirror dues are monthly and processed via the association's designated payment platform. Afternoon contributions are agreed privately and payable prior to the session. Dynamic terms are agreed at time of invitation. All contributions are non-refundable once access or a session has been granted, save at the founder's sole discretion.

07

Cancellation

The Afternoon requires a minimum of twenty-four hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation with less than twenty-four hours notice results in forfeiture of the full contribution. The founder will offer one opportunity to reschedule where adequate notice is given.

08

Termination

The member may withdraw at any time by written notice via Signal or email. Confidentiality obligations continue in full. For serious breaches including deception, harassment, or breach of confidentiality, termination is immediate and without notice. The founder's decision is final.

09

Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, for the purpose of administering membership only. By accepting membership the member consents to receiving communications from the association via email and designated private channels. The member's email address will be added to the association's private email list, through which occasional communications, updates, and transmissions from the founder may be sent. The member may request removal from this list at any time by contacting marymontaguelondon@proton.me.

10

Disclaimer

The association does not provide medical, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice. Participation is undertaken entirely at the member's own volition and responsibility. The founder accepts no liability for decisions or actions taken by the member arising from his participation.

12

Acceptance

By responding via Signal with the word "Agreed," the member confirms he has read and understood this agreement and enters membership freely and voluntarily. This Signal message constitutes his acceptance and is retained as a record of consent.
